Description
The famous fountain at the heart of the Dupont Circle neighborhood in Washington, D.C., has been waiting for the city to turn its water on now that winter is over and we are well into spring. The fountain is getting impatient, though, and is about to collapse from dehydration. But regardless of what happens, the pigeon atop the water basin is perched to take it all in.
Welcome to my neighborhood, where there is never a dull moment.
