Description
Headless and legless, and shot at an angle, this is a slightly abstract view of a nude sculpture of Venus, the mythological goddess of love, beauty, lust and sex. The marble sculpture was made by Antonio Canova around 1820 and was photographed at the National Gallery of Art in Washington, DC.
