Description
A view down 12th Street from Constitution Avenue in Washington, DC. The building with the tower is the Old Post Office. Donald Trump has a lease on about 75% of the building to operate a hotel; fortunately, the lease does not include the tower or access to it from 12th Street and this allows the public to visit the top of the tower at no cost (the United States Park Services manages this portion of the Old Post Office). The partial building in foreground is the United States Department of Internal Revenue Service (IRS). This photograph was taken early in the morning as the sun rose.
